Yoga Class
Yoga Classes are heated and open to all levels.
It is never too late to start yoga.
You do not need to be flexible to do yoga. Yoga is about creating and maintaining balance between strength and mobility.
Hot Yoga can reduce stress, improve strength, flexibility and concentration. The heat intensifies the work on the heart, lungs and muscles. Studies conducted by Dr. Rhonda Patrick, a biomedical researcher, have proven that adapting to heat through the use of hot rooms increases endurance, the capacity to build muscle and promote healing.
Studio is open 10 minutes before class. Please be on time to class.
Gear
Bring your own clean yoga mat and towel. Yoga mats are for sale and rent at the studio.
Bring a water bottle to class.
Wear clothing you can move and sweat in. Barefeet for yoga.
Strength Training
Lifting weights is not dangerous. Being weak is.
Strength training will not make you bulky. Muscle takes up less room than fat. Muscle burns fat.
It is never too late to build strength.
Studio Cleanliness
The studio’s FUJI flooring is non-slip, waterproof and hygienic. The floor is cleaned after every class.
If you are feeling unwell or have a cough, sniffles, or runny nose, please do not attend class until you are feeling better.
